Why Craigslist Blows My Mind

So we've been discussing selling Steven's motorcycle for quite a while. So last Sunday Steven spent some time cleaning it up and he took some pictures of it and posted an ad on Craigslist. Then we went out to dinner. By the time dinner was over he had recieved three phone calls about the bike. So he called the first person back and set up an appointment for six o'clock on Monday. So at about five the guy called and said he wasn't going to come because he decided he shouldn't spend his money. So Steven called the next guy on the list. Well, it turns out he lives about five minutes from our house so he came right over, tried out the bike, ran to the bank, got the cash he needed, came back and bought it. That night Steven removed the ad yet since then he has recieved about 20 calls. It really is amazing that you can sell something like a motorcycle to a man that lives five minutes away in less then 24 hours. And that is why Craigslist blows my mind.
