Christmas Party and a Sophia Update

Sophia's school had a craft and cookie decorating party to celebrate Christmas. Sophia loves having an opportunity to show off her school to her sister so it was a lot of fun. Here are a few pictures from our evening...
Intensely concentrating on making her ornament with Daddy.

Someone loved the frosting!
Her beautiful snowman cookie.

In other news Sophia is now officially 5 and 3/4, the added fraction is pretty important.
She excels at being a big sister and it is so fun to see her and Ava play together more and more. She is so so so patient with her very busy and sometimes aggressive baby sister. She worries about Ava with such love and care and I am so happy they have each other. They really bring each other such joy.
Sophia's favorite foods are
spaghetti and meatballs, cereal, toast, clementines, mashed potatoes, orange chicken, and rice. She loves to drink chocolate milk.
She loves to play with her sister, play babies, and play Barbies. She is an awesome puzzle solver and is doing harder and harder puzzles by herself.  She has also recently become quite the card and board game player. She loves playing games and usually wins.
She is doing well in school. When asked her favorite things to do at school she says playing in home living (kitchen etc.), library, painting, and playing in the gym. She has made a lot of friends and is excited to go most mornings.
Her favorite shows include Full House, Peppa Pig, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, and The Little Couple- it's a random assortment.
Her favorite movie is Frozen- she knows every word and I may as well:).
She learned how to tie and has another very loose tooth!
She is a kick and she makes us laugh every day.
In her new Frozen pajamas (Thanks Grandma Kathy).
This girl- she's a treasure!
