Sleep Antics

Sophia is a very active sleeper, she never stays in one place or faces one certain direction. Also, she can really fight going to sleep by kicking the wall, talking and singing to herself, taking off her clothes, throwing all bedding and stuffed animals from her crib, fake crying- the usual. One day recently I went to get her up from a nap and this is what I found. Sophia, being the silly girl that she is, had tried to take off her shirt but it was a snapping onesie so she could not get it off so she stretched out the neck and slid it down, then took a nap. Her pants were still on, shirt tucked in and snapped. It cracked me up and she was quite proud of herself.

These next two pictures are of Sophia before we moved sound asleep. As of the last few months when she does not want to go to bed Sophia kicks the wall repeatedly. At the apartment she got our attention for it because you can't keep kicking the wall that you share with neighbors. By the time we moved out of the apartment Sophia's crib had been moved to the very center of her room. Now that we are at our house she can kick the wall as much as she wants and gets no reaction- a beautiful thing! These pictures are when she fell asleep mid kicking.

Sweet sleeping girl, how is that comfortable?
