-She weighs about 23 pounds
-Her hair is so much longer than her sister's was at this age. She loves playing with it. Whenever she is tired the thumb of one hand goes in her mouth and her other hand plays with her hair.
- She will eat most anything we give her. Her favorites are Mac n Cheese, pasta, peas and carrots, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, goldfish, cantaloupe, and milk. She still takes a bottle before bed and often before naps.
- She loves to play with her big sister. She chases her around, climbs on her, and they both love to dance together. If Sophia is in the room Ava wants to be right next to her doing whatever big sis is doing.
- She loves to walk around holding her stuffed animals and giving them love (hugging and kissing them- so sweet).
- She loves riding in the stroller going for walks, and swinging at the park.
- She is talking more and more. Her favorite word is uh-oh! She also says: yeah-yeah (never just yeah, always yeah yeah), no, all done, uh-uh (meaning no), more, hi, bye-bye, mama, dada, and sissy. Mama was her first word. She will repeat a lot of other things we say as well. Her language development is really taking off.
- She is pretty mellow and doesn't get upset easily. She cries if she hurts herself, is in a strange place and not right by mommy or daddy, or when she wakes up and wants a cuddle right then. Other then that she is a happy happy girl.
- She sleeps about 13 to 14 hours each night and takes two 2 to to 3 hour naps each day.
- She has 7 teeth total and is working on getting a few more right now.
- She loves to climb anything she can- which means we have to keep a close eye on her at all times. She has no fear.
- She loves to cuddle and rock before bedtime and when she's really tired. I treasure these moments.
- She is genuinely adorable and such a sweetie. Just today Sophia said "Ava is just the perfect baby for our family" and I couldn't agree more!

The other day we stopped at the store and Steven ran in to get a few things, I waited with the girls in the car and Ava was getting fussy. I gave her her snack cup and two minutes later looked back and she was sound asleep with her hand in the snack cup- so cute.
