Guest Bathroom Makeover

When we bought our house we made a huge mental list of things that we wanted to makeover and change as time and finances allowed. The first thing was our bedroom and then next was the yard, which we have made a lot of progress in. This summer we have a few projects we want to get done in the house. These projects include the guest bathroom, curtains in the living room, and the dining room/kitchen- we'll see how much we can get accomplished but one thing we can now check off our list is the guest bathroom!

Before we updated it, it had an ugly beach themed wallpaper border, brass light fixtures and towel rods, and drab white walls. We decided we wanted to paint, get a new light, and get new towel rods and move the towel rods to make them more useful. Here are the before pictures:

And After...

It's hard to tell in the picture, but the towel rods and light fixture are a brushed bronze, a big improvement from the brass at least in my opinion. The only thing left we would like to do is get some sort of bright picture or painting for the wall above the toilet. One project down, many more to go!
